ARTICLE 1
Introduction

The purpose of its terms and conditions is to establish the rights and obligations of Céline Ozouf - owmer of Kozouf- and its customers as for the sale and purchase of the products offered on kozouf.com website. They apply to all orders placed on the website.

Céline Ozouf keeps the right to update these conditions at any time. The terms applicable to any order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

Thus, any order placed on kozouf.com implies that the customer has read and accepted without reservations the terms and conditions detailed below, before he/she confirms his/her order.


ARTICLE 2
Products display

Products offered on kozouf.com website are identified by a picture, a description and a price.

The pictures are intended to be as faithful as faithful to the products sold. However, colors may vary from one computer screen to another. Thus, Céline Ozouf cannot be held responsible if it happened that a difference occurs between the product and its photographic representation. On the other hand, any notice on this subject is welcome, in order to constantly improve kozouf.com website and the display of its products.

All images, pictures and texts presented on kozouf.com fall under copyright and intellectual property - on an international level. Their reproduction (even partial) without Céline Ozouf prior authorization is strictly prohibited.


ARTICLE 3
Products availability

Céline Ozouf ensures to do her utmost to keep all the products available in stock. However, the products on kozouf.com being handmade, they are stocked in limited quantities.

If the customer is interested in a product marked ‘Out of stock’ on kozouf.com, he/she can contact us at hello@kozouf.com. He/she will be given a new deadline regarding the product availability and will be able to order online if the delay suits him/her.

If the product unavailability occurs during or just after the customer has validated his/her order online, we will inform him/her within 2 business days, offering him/her the choice between the following options:

  • a new deadline for the product to be available again

  • a similar product

  • the total refund of the product.


ARTICLE 4
Prices and Expedition fees

Prices listed on kozouf.com website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) excluding the expedition fees, We are not required to charge taxes yet so we are not charging them. Prices are guaranteed within the limit of available stock. If you want to see prices in your own currency please visite our shop on Etsy. There will be the same products displayed with the currency of your own country.
Céline Ozouf reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products ordered online are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Expedition fees vary depending on the items ordered and the shipping destination selected by the customer, They are calculated at the time of order confirmation and automatically added to the shopping cart. To learn more about shipping cost, you can read the FAQ on this subject.


ARTICLE 5
Payment methods

Payment is made online through Paypal and Stripe payment solutions. Thus, the payment process benefits from all their expertise in terms of security and confidentiality. The payment does not require to have a customer account on these platforms, and does not count any additional charges for you regarding the use of these payment solutions. The accepted payment methods are: debit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Order validation date corresponds to the date of online payment.

The products remain Céline Ozouf property until their full payment.


ARTICLE 6
Delivery

Delivery cost is calculated according to the shipping destination, as well as the weight and dimensions of the ordered products.

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days after receiving their full payment, subject to immediate availability of the product (see Article 3 - Availability of products). To this delay the customer must add the expedition delay of Canada Post, which vary depending on the delivery option chosen.

The order is shipped to the address provided by the customer when ordering on kozouf.com. Céline Ozouf can not be held responsible for an error in the entry of the address by the customer. As soon as the package is sent, the customer will be notified by email at the address he/she indicated when ordering. When applicable, he/she will receive a tracking number for the delivery of his/her order.


ARTICLE 7
Retractation

The customer has 7 days after receiving his/her order to recant, without having to justifiy hin/her-self or to pay any penalties. If this 7 days period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the delay is extended to the next business day.

Any retractation implies a return of the product(s) to Céline Ozouf, whom the customer must notify by email first (hello@kozouf.com).

Returned item(s) must be as new and placed in their original packaging, in order to sell them again after being returned. Any item which fails to meet these expectations will not be refund neither exchanged.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Céline Ozouf could not be held responsible in the event of loss or deterioration of the package by the carrier that the customer chose. In this case, the order refund cannot take place and the customer will have to issue a complaint to the transport service concerned.

Once the items received, Céline Ozouf proceed to their exchange or refund. In case of an exchange, the customer can:

  • Choose one or more product(s) of a total value lower than the one of the returned item(s), and be refunded the price difference.

  • Choose one or more product(s) of a total value equal to the the one of the returned item(s).

  • Choose one or more product(s) of a total value higher than the one of the returned item(s), and pay the price difference online.

In case of a refund, Céline Ozouf transfers the amount of the returned item(s) by bank transfer on the account used to conclude the transaction when ordering. The refund happens as soon as possible, and at the latest, 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).

Privacy and Security

Personnal data collected from customers are kept totally confidential by Céline Ozouf, who commits not to disclosing it to a third party. To learn more about this, please read our Privacy Policy.
